Robin Chan

A character design I created to show my overall process to my students.

Robin Chan was once an ordinary Japanese peasant, living a simple life in a small village. Her world turned upside down when her father was arrested for refusing to pay the exorbitant taxes imposed by the local shogun.
Determined to free her father and restore justice, Robin joined a rebellion group dedicated to fighting against the oppressive regime. Using her skills and cunning, she began to rob the rich and corrupt, redistributing the wealth to support the cause and gather the necessary funds to pay her father's ransom.
